摘要
运用超声对60例正常成人颈椎管进行研究,提出了颈椎管、脊髓、神经根袖、神经根等结构的超声检查方法及正常超声测值。认为超声成像可良好显示C23~C7T1椎间椎管结构,为颈椎管疾病的研究提供了一种新手段。上述结构正常值男女组无明显差异(P>0.05);椎管、脊髓与体表面积间无明显相关,椎管、脊髓间呈线性正相关(P<0.01~0.05,r=0.396~0.795)。
The cervieal vertebral canals of 60 normal adults were examined by ultrasonography. It introduces the ultrasonography and normal value of ultrasonic measurement of suchstructures as the cervical vertebral canal, spinal cord, neurodokon and,is sleeves. The results suggested that the ultrasonic examination can clearly indicate such structures between vertebrae from C23 to C7T1 and provide a new method for research on cervical vertebral canal diseases. Normal value of measurement of the structures stated above find no evident difference between men and women (P>0. 05).The vertebral canal and the spinal cord have no evident relationship with the body surface area.The vertebral canal is linearly related to the spinal cord (P<0.01~0 05; r=0.396~0.795).
