断肢再植时自由基影响及临床意义的研究

STUDY OF INFECTION FOR OXYGEN DERI-VITINVE FREE RADICALS AND ITS CLINICALSIGNIFICANCE ON REPLANTATION OF SE-VERED LIMB

断肢再植时是否存在自由基影响尚属未知。本文以动物实验方法研究断肢再植时自由基影响及临床意义。证实了断肢再植时存在自由基影响，讨论了断肢再植时应用自由基清除剂的效果和意义，探讨了断肢再植时应用高压氧治疗对自由基的作用和意义。首次提出了高压氧对自由基清除的正向作用。还分析了应用自由基清除剂与应用高压氧治疗对自由基作用的优劣，并对贫血与自由基的作用关系进行了讨论。

AbstractOxygen derivitive free radicals(ODFR)plays an important role in many diseases,suchas peroxidizing, ischemia(especlally in reper-fusion after ischemia)or when tiSsue is inioflammation. Replantation of severed limb(ROSL)is typical ischemia-reperfusion. Be-fore this sonlebody guessed maybe there wouldbe the utility of ODFR on ROSL.Since thennobody has studied it and there was no report.In this treatise we have researched the infec-tion for ODFR and its clinical significance onROSL by animals’test.It has been proventhere is the infection for ODFR when sever edlimb is replanted, and discussed the result andits significance when the cleaner of ODFR is used on ROSL, approached the infection and significance that is byperbaric oxygen(HBO)treatment how to interfere ODFR while se vered limb is being replanted,Fof the first time it was performed that HBO will add the rida-nce od ODFR. We also have thought the goodsides and the bad sides for ODFR.When thecleaner of ODFR and HBO treatment bothwere used, and discusssed the relationshlp be-tween anemia and the utility of ODFR.
