足掌断离再植

REPLANTATION OF SEVERED SOLE

足掌断离较少见，近年再植３例，全部成活。足掌再植中应尽量保持足部骨骼的纵、横弓结构；重建足底、足背两组血管，以保证再植足的每个足趾有充分的血供。再植以先修复足底皮肤、软组织、血管、神经，再行骨骼固定，然后行足背血管、神经、皮肤修复的顺序较为方便、实用。

AbstractThe case of severed sole is rare.The au-thor has replanted 3 cases of severed sole and allhave survived.It was discussed emphaticallythat during the replantation the structure oflongitudinal and transverse arch of foot boneshould be maintained as far as possible and twogroups blood vessel of instep and plantar shouldbe reconstructed in order to ensure sufficient blood supply in every replanted toe.Thereplantation order is plantar skin, soft tissue,blood vessel, and nerve, and then bone fixtion,the reconstruction of blood vessel,nerve of instep.This order is more convenient and practical.
