摘要
通过恒界面池方法对微乳液膜提取活性染料的传质动力学进行研究,推导了其在表观动力学方程中各浓度项的级数值,得到其反应速率常数及反应活化能.以烷基苯酚环氧乙烷缩合物(OP-7)为表面活性剂、异戊醇为助表面活性剂、煤油作为油溶剂、三烷基胺(N235)为促进迁移载体,NaOH溶液作为内水相构成微乳液膜体系,其提取艳蓝KNR染料废水的传质实验结果表明,在乳水体积比为1∶15,废水相质量浓度在5000mg·L-1的条件下艳蓝KNR的提取率可达99%以上.
Study on kinetics of reaction dye extraction using the Lewis cell equipment.Each concentration magnitude of the apparent dynamics formula,the reaction rate constant and the velocity equation of this extraction are got.The microemulsion system consists of kerosene as organic solvent,the OP-7 as surfactant,iso-pentanol as cosurfactant,N 235 as promoting migration carrier and NaOH solution as internal phase.The best microemulsion system for separating reaction dye from waste water is found.Under conditions,such as breed/water ratio equal to 1∶15,concentration of reactive dye blue-KN-R equal to 5 000 mg·L -1 ,the removal efficiency can reach 99% by the microemulsion liquid membrane method.
