胎儿胸腺移植有关组织学及应用解剖

APPLING ANATOMIC AND HISTOLOGY STUDY OF VASCULAR THYMUS TRANSPLANTATIONFROM FETAL DONOR

对４０例引产死胎进行了组织学及应用解剖学研究，并在此基础上成功地施行了６例吻合血管的胎儿胸腺移植术。供体胎龄以７个月以上为宜，胸腺缺血时间不宜超过２小时，胸腺血供依靠胸廓内血管营养通路即可。

AbstractIn this report,40 death fetal thymus werestud ied in aqnatomy, histology and vascularprerefusion,the result suggests that fetal donorwith over 7 months gestation could be electedfor transplanta tion, Ischemic time of thymusmust be limited within two hours,the bloodrequirement of thvmus were satisfied by passof thoracic internal blood vessels. On the basisof above findings six of vascular thymustransplantation were preformed successfully.
