摘要
介绍十年来用前臂游离皮瓣行舌次全或全舌切除后修复或舌再造的经验。舌本身与其周围组织瓣的解剖和功能有其特殊性，当舌体缺损后（特别是舌体全切除术）如何重建其外形和功能仍然是一个困难问题。本文对口内易感染环境与皮瓣成活率关系，皮瓣血运和血循的观察，皮瓣供区与血管吻合侧选择，牙齿对移植皮瓣影响，皮瓣颜色变化与粘膜化问题，皮瓣毛发生长问题，皮瓣微循环恢复问题，以及再造舌功能效果的评定标准等进行了讨论。
AbstractAuthors report that 10 years experience was employed with free forearm flap to re-pair or reconstruct the defeets of the tongueaft er hemi-glossectomy and total glossectomy.The tongue and its surrounding structure havea special anatomical and functional character,how to maintain its shape and function afterglossectomy (especially total glossectomy),stillremains a difficult problem,Relationship bet-ween susceptible environment of the intraoralinfection and survival rate of flaps, observa-tion of blood supply and blood eirculation offlaps, select of the vascular anastomosing sideand donor side of flaps,the teeth be influenceon the transplanted flaps, colouial change andmucosalization of flaps,hair growth of flaps,microcirculation restored of flaps,and stand-ards evolution of the functional effects oftongue reconstruction are discussed.
