摘要
职工群众把工会告上法庭的案例时有发生,反映了工会组织存在着深刻的结构性弊端。消除工会组织的行政化倾向势在必行。建立民主的工会、高效务实的工会既离不开工会理论创新,也需要形象再造。
The cases that trade unions are sued by masses usually happen from time to time. That phenomenon reflects that there exits deep structural malpractice in the organization of trade unions. So, to iron out the administrative trend in trade unions must be enforced. The construction of democratic and pragmatically-inclined trade unions with high efficiency can not be carried out without theoretical innovations of trade unions but also need posture reconstruction as well.
