摘要
采用快速乙酰胆碱酯酶组化染色法对６例周围神经损伤急诊病例，在神经一期修复时，远、近端进行染色，１小时内得出清晰结果。以染色结果为指导，选择性地进行神经功能束的准确对接。经过６～２４个月随访，取得良好效果。
Abstract Both the proximal and distal stumps in the 6 nerve injuries from 6 emergency patients were stained using fast-acting acetylcholinesterase histochemical method. In 1 hour, exact results were presntled According to the results, motor fascicles and sensory fascicles were aligned selectively. After 6-24 months follow-up, the results were 3etter.
