缺血性结肠炎临床特点研究

Study of Clinical Characteristics of Ischemic Colitis

目的总结缺血性结肠炎的临床及内镜特点。方法分析1998年1月至2004年10月21例缺血性结肠炎患者的临床及内镜特征、病理结果。结果本病多见于50岁以上中老年人(85.7%),男女发病率相当(11:10),绝大多数(85.7%)伴有高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病等基础疾病。临床症状主要为腹痛、腹泻和便血。病变多位于左半结肠(90.5%)。内镜表现主要为黏膜充血、水肿、出血、糜烂及溃疡,一过型最多(95.2%)。病理改变无特异性。大多预后良好。结论综合分析临床表现,尽早做结肠镜检查是确诊该病的主要方法。

Objective To evaluate clinical and characteristics of ischemic colitis(IC).Methods To analyse the clinical character- istics and endoscopic appearance and pathological results of 21 patients diagnosed as IC in our hospital from January 1998 to October 2004 were reviewed.Results Of the 21 cases,85.7% were over 50 years old,females are nearly as many as males(10:11),85.7% of cases were associated with the basal diseases such as coronary heart disease,hypertension and diabetes mellitus.The nmin symptoms of IC were ab- dominal pain,diarrhea and matochezia.90.5% of IC were found in the left colon.Colonseopy showed mucosal edema,congestive erosion and ulceration.95.2% of IC were transient or reversible.The changes of patholog had no specific characters.Conclusion To analyse the clini- cal characteristics and to make the colonscopy as early as possible is the main method for diagnosis of IC.
