摘要
报告急诊吻合血管组合皮瓣移植治疗四肢大面积皮肤缺损１２例，全部成活。就吻合血管组合皮瓣移植的适应证及方式方法进行了讨论，认为吻合血管组合皮瓣移植具有拓宽皮瓣移植的治疗领域，缩短疗程，减轻病人的痛苦及经济负担，最大限度地恢复肢体功能的作用。
AbstractTwelve cases of large area defect on thelimbs were repaired at em1crgency by transpl-anting combined revascularized flap with goodresult.The indication and opcrative tcchniqncwere discussed.Transplantation of combinedskin flaps would Widen the indications of largearea skin defect on limbs,shorten the courseof treatment,decrease the patients'economiccost and recover the function better.
