胆囊胆汁CEA测定诊断胆囊良恶性病变的价值

THE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNGNOSTIC VALUE OF CEA IN GALLBLADDER BILE OF BENIGN AND MALIGNANT GALLBLADDER DISEASES

作者测定４１例胆囊胆汁ＣＥＡ，胆囊结石与胆囊良性息肉胆汁ＣＥＡ水平均在５００ｎｇ／ｍ１以下，胆囊癌则超过５００ｎｇ／ｍｌ，其平均值高达前两者的３倍。作者认为胆囊胆汁ＣＥＡ测定可为临床诊断胆囊结石合并胆囊癌、胆囊息肉恶变提供一个较好的辅助诊断指标。

evels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in gallbladder bile were determined in 4 1patients,Benign gallbladder diseases including stone and polyp showed CEA values ingallbladder bile less than 500ng/ml,whereas in patients with gallbladder cancer CEA valueswere beyond 500ng/ml with the mean value three-folds higher than that of benign disease.Webelieve assessment of CEA level in gallbladder bile would be a good indicator for gallbladderstone associated with carcinoma and malignant polyp。
