腹腔镜胆囊切除术中并发症的预防

THE PREVENTION OF THE COMPLICATION DURING LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY

１３０例腹腔镜胆囊切除术，均为选择性手术，仅１例发生十二指肠损伤，随着腹腔镜手术的发展，其并发症的发生将更多，因而手术中预防并发症产生很重要。常见并发症有胆总管损伤、腹腔内出血、胆漏、脏器损伤。我们认为，减少术中并发症需要很好的选择胆囊切除术的指征，善于使用及选择各类器械、熟练的技术、手术组人员的密切配合，以及必要时果断采取开腹手术。

mong l30 cases of selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy,only one duodenal traumahad occured.Along with the developm ent of the laaproscopie operation,more and morecomplications will appear after the operations.Therefore, it is very important to prevent thecomplic ations during the operations.The frequent complications are common bile ducttrauma,hemorrhage,bile leakage and other trauma of the vicera.In order to reduce thecomplcations during the operations,in our opinion,the operator should make a good decisionof the indication for laproscopic cholecystectomy and be good at using and choosing differentkinds of instruments and be well trained. Members of the team should be well co-Operatedand laparotomy should be performed without hesitation when it is necessary.
