The cultivation of basketball reserve forces is the key factor to decide whether our basketball sports can have a breakthrough development or not. This article is trying to find out the difference on training basketball reserve forces between China and the USA through a comparative study on their different training ways and gives some help by making some suggestions for the problems concerned.
