我国的高速城市化与都市圈发展

On the Rapid Urbanization and the Development of Metropolitan Areas in China

从我国已进入城市化高速阶段的角度,阐明了都市圈模式作为今后城市化发展选择的必然性。分析了我国都市圈建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展策略。最后得出:都市圈发展必须区别确定不同发育程度都市圈的发展侧重点,必须充分发挥市场和政府的二元动力机制,成熟期的都市圈必须建立跨行政区划的协调管理机制以及实现区域基础设施和公共设施的共建共享,发展期和雏形期都市圈的构建必须遵循四大原则。

This paper interprets that the metropolitan area is the most rational pattern of Chinese urbanization from the angle of having entered into the stage of rapid urbanization.The author analyzes the problems of Chinese metropolitan areas and puts forward the corresponding strategies.We must determine the developing stresses according to the phase of metropolitan area,fully give play to market and government,establish the coordination system and build the infrastructures between the different districts in the developed metropolitan areas,and follow the four principles of building in the underveloped metropolitan areas.
