在信息化社会,一个人的信息观念、信息能力、信息行为将极大地影响他的学习、工作、生活。高校作为国家培养人才的基地,必须重视和强调信息教育,培养大学生的信息素质。而作为高校三大支柱之一的图书馆,在大学生信息素质教育中所具有的优势和作用,使它成为高校信息素质教育的最佳场所。培养大学生的信息意识,提高他们获取信息和应用信息的能力,是发挥高校图书馆信息服务的一项重要工作。

A person’s information attitude, information ability and information action will affect a lot in his education, work and life, for it is such an information society nowadays. Colleges are the origination of qualified personels in the country, so we must pay a lot attention to the information education and develop college student’s ability to obtain information in our country. Library, as one of the three supports in college, has its great advantages and functions to college students’s information quality education and has become the best place for it, so one important job of making good use of libray service is to develop college students’ information attitude and ability of obtaining information and lead them know how to use it.
