摘要
以3H-胸腺嘧啶(3H-TdR)、3H-脯氨酸掺入量及掺入抑制率测定的方法,观察汉防己甲素对离体大鼠肝细胞、贮脂细胞DNA及胶原合成的影响。结果表明,在10~50ug/ml浓度范围的汉防己甲素能明显抑制细胞内DNA及胶原合成,抑制程度与浓度、作用时间均呈正相关。结果提示,汉防己甲素抗肝纤维化作用的机制之一是抑制肝内贮脂细胞、肝细胞增殖及合成胶原。
In order to investigate
theanti-hepatofibrotic effects of tetrandrine,the authorsobs erved the effects of tetrandrine on the
incorporation of 3H-TdR and 3H-proline into cultured rat Ito cells and hepatocytes.The results
revealed that tetrahdrine in concentrations of l0 ̄50ug/ml can inhibit DNA synthesis and collagen
production of the cells,and the inhibition is time-and dose-dependent。
