摘要
通过敏感度理论分析、计算机仿真和实验测试对声表面波(SAW)滤波器的可靠性问题进行了研究,其中重点讨论了叉指换能器(IDT)发生氧化腐蚀对SAW滤波器频率特性的影响,最后初步探讨了提高SAW滤波器可靠性的技术途径。
The reliability of the surface acoustic wave (SAW) is studied by the sensibility analysis, simulation and experiment test. The effect of the inter-digital transducer (IDT) oxidation on the SAW filter frequency performance is discussed. The technology of improving the SAW filter reliability is also obtained.
