The paper discusses a batch disposing system for the oily water from ships in a naval harbor;analyzes in details the character of the inorganic-organic combined coagulant and high-duty oleophylic adsorption filteration material,and the important function in disposing oily water from ships in the naval harbor.The research experiments show that the technique is uncomplicated,the operation is convenient and it contains high technique,the treatment effect is excenent.
