用Rasch分析法初步制定脑瘫儿童精细运动功能评估量表

Developing the Fine Motor Function Measure Scale by Rasch Analysis for children with cerebral palsy

目的采用Rasch分析法初步制定0～3岁脑瘫儿童精细运动功能评估量表。方法在运动发育理论和国内外相关量表的基础上编制取样量表,对183例脑瘫儿童进行测试后,采用Rasch统计方法确立最终评估条目。结果最终确立的45个条目具有良好的独立性,同时该量表符合心理测量学的信度、效度和反应度。结论0～3岁脑瘫儿童精细运动发育量表基本达到预期设计目的和水平。

Objective To develop the Fine Motor Function Measure (FMFM) scale by use of Rasch Analysis for children (0~3 years old) with cerebral palsy. Methods One hundred and eighty-three children were tested with the FMFM scale which was defined in accordance with the theories about movement development and existing scales, and finally determined by using Rasch Analysis. Results All of the 45 items in the FMFM scale were independent, and were conformed to acceptable psychometric reliability, validity, and responsiveness. Conclusion The FMFM scale for children (0~3 years old)with cerebral palsy is up to the expected goal.
