Neonatal Adrenal Hemorrhage

新生儿肾上腺易损伤出血，临床上表现为进行性贫血伴腹胀，结合Ｂ超及ＩＶＰ检查即能建立诊断。经保守治疗出血多能自行停止，无需手术探查。本组４例，３例保守成功，１例剖腹探查死于出血性休克。

Four cases of acute neonatal adrenal hemorrhage were reviewed. 3 of them were treated conservatively and achieved satisfactory results. The neonatal adrenal is vulnerable to trauma resulting in hemorrhage. It is a self-limiting condition if the hemorrhage remains intracapsulerly. The diagnosis can be confirmed by means of clinical, laboratorial, radiogaphic and ultrasonic examination. Surgical drainage or adrenalectomy is unnecessary.
