摘要
《医疗事故处理条例》的出台是医学界的一个重要里程碑,也为服务质量的评估提供了一个新的依据。本文分析了某“三甲”医院自《医疗事故处理条例》实施以来的医疗服务质量管理的实践和效果。
The announcement on the new Malpractice-handling Regulation is an important milestone of the medical circle, and help to provide a new evidence for evaluating the quality of medical service .The paper analyzes the effects and impacts of the quality management to a Nation Grade since the new regulation has been carried out. And the objective of the paper is to provide valuable sight and basis for medical personnel to make strategic decisions.
