摘要
目的:探索护理服务文化建设对提高护理质量的作用。方法:采用前后对比的方法比较干预前后护理服务文化建设对整体护理质量,病人满意度,护士职业素质等方面的影响。结果:实施前后整体护理质量,病人满意度,护士行为测评成绩均有显著性差异( P<0 .0 1)。结论:护理服务文化建设提高了护理质量,病人满意度,护士职业素质,改善医院形象,拓宽了医疗市场。
Objective To explore the role of nursing services culture in on enhancing nursing quality.Method The influence of nursing cultural construction on quality of nursing ,and satisfaction of patients with nurse's operation diathesis were analyzed before and after the intervention.Result Effect is obvious on quality of nursing, satisfaction of patients and examination achievement of nurses.Conclusion the construction of nursing services sulture promotes nursing quality,develops the whole nurse's diathesis ameliorates the visualize of hospital and broaden the market of medical treatment.
