肾母细胞瘤浸润淋巴细胞抗肿瘤作用的电镜和光镜观察

Antitumor Response of Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes in Nephroblastoma: an Electron and Light Microscopic Study

对１１例肾母细胞瘤组织进行了电镜和光镜观察，结果９例可见淋巴细胞浸润在瘤细胞之间，其中４例淋巴细胞邻近的瘤细胞有不同程度的溶解现象。淋巴细胞表面可见足状突起与瘤细胞接触，相应瘤细胞膜出现缺失，淋巴细胞则保持质膜完整。观察结果为认识肾母细胞瘤机体抗肿瘤免疫反应提供了形态学依据。

Histopathological changes of nephroblastoma were studied in 11 eases under electron and light microscopy.In ultrastructtual view, the lymphocytes were found to be attached to the oncocytes by their pseudopodia in 9 cases. Only in 4 cases, however, the oncocyte membrance and cytoplasm adjacent to the lymphocytes were damaged, but the lymphocytes were intact. According to the similar studies of adult malignancies.the phenomenon of infiltrating lymphocytemediated oncocyte lysis probably reflects the presence of antitumor response in nephroblastoma. The study reveals a direct morphologic evidence that the infiltrating lymphocytes may be cytotoxic to the oncocytes in some nephroblastoma cases.
