摘要 蛋白质的可逆磷酸化修饰是生物体内普遍存在的信息转导调节方式,几乎参与生命活动的所有过程。现分析磷酸化蛋白质的各种方法及其进展,尤其是近年来蛋白质组学技术的发展与应用为磷酸化蛋白质的定性、定量和功能研究提供了必要的技术,使大规模和系统性进行磷酸化蛋白质的研究成为可能。
