作为四大文明古国之一,中国传统文化延续五千年而历久不衰,在漫漫五千年文化的熏陶中,中华民族逐渐形成了以爱国主义为核心的团结统一、爱好和平、勤劳勇敢、自强不息的伟大民族精神。这些民族精神,是中华五千年生生不息、发展壮大的强大精神动力,也是在未来岁月里薪火相传,继往开来的精神火种。我们必须结合时代和社会的发展要求,世世代代加以继承和发扬。

As one of the four civilization countries in the world, China traditional culture has lasted five thousand years without breaking off. Under those years’ nurture, the Chinese nation has formed great spirits of unite、loving peace、brave and industrious、constantly striving to become stronger, on the basis of patriotism. Those national spirits are the great motion of persistent and development , which also the tinder of carrying on the past and open a way for future. We must combine the times and the social demand to inherit and carry forward from generation to generation.
