摘要
介绍了冲击式水轮机模型水斗的数控加工方法,分析了水斗的结构特点以及加工难点,通过采用新的装夹方案,实现了一次装夹完成水斗全型的加工,提高了加工精度及效率。
The NC machining method of model bucket for Pelton tubine was introduced. And the structure features and machining difficulties of bucket were analyzed. Because of clamping only once in full shape machining of the bucket,the machining accuracy and efficiency were improved.
