论中型氮肥厂煤气炉系统综合改造

Discussing Comprehensive Reformation in Coal Gasifier System of Middle-Sized Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant

介绍了近年来部分中型氮肥厂参照小型氮肥厂进行技术改造的成功经验,从煤气炉本体、工艺流程、吹风气集中回收装置和生产操作等方面论述了煤气炉技术改造的要领,提出了相关改进措施和参考意见。

It was introduced that successful experience of technical reformation was made by some of middle-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants in recent years according to small-sized nitrogen fertilizer plant, the gist for technical reformation of coal gasifier was discussed from aspects of gasifier body, process flow, blow-out air collection recovery unit and productive operation etc., relative improvement measures and referential comments were presented.
