摘要
报告小儿滑膜软骨瘤病４例。其特点：病变多为Ｍｉｇｒｍ分期的第Ｉ期或第Ⅱ期初；关节弹响及交锁症状少见；Ｘ线平片上可以无典型的骨化、钙化影；关节穿刺液多为棕黄色关节液。手术仅局限于切除手术野能涉及的病变滑膜。该病有自愈倾向，预后良好。
The authors reported 4 cases(5 joints)of the rare synovial chondromatosis in children.The clinical characteristics were:1.repeated attacks of swelling and pain of the joints,rarely locking or clicking of joints,2.the signs of calcification and ossification on roentgenogram,3.brown-yellow puncture fluid from the joint.The lesions were classified as Milgram-stage Iand early Stage Ⅱ.This disease may be confused with pigment villonodulsr synovitis and it tends to be selflimiting.Synovectomy may achieve good results.
