信息环境下高校院(系)资料室工作初探

First Exploration of the Work of the Reference Roomin Universities' Institute under the Message Environment

随着计算机的应用和信息技术的进步,高校院系资料室的数字化、网络化建设正在蓬勃兴起。然而在其工作当中出现的信息意识不强、馆藏文献形式单一、网络缺乏全文数据库、以及经费不足和资金短缺都直接影响着图书资料室的网络化管理。针对这些问题笔者从更新观念、加强现代化设施的建设、建立自己的网站、建立特色数据库、加强特色服务以及院(系)资料室和图书馆应以网络的形式共建、共享文献资源等方面提出相应的改进对策。

With the application of the computer and progress of the information technology,the digitization and networked construction of university reference room are rising vigorously.But many problems appearing in the work,such as the weak consciousness,the single document form in storage,the shortage of the full text database and funds insufficiency,are directly affecting the books reference room management.In view of these problems,the author would like to put forward the corrsponding improvement countermeasures,including breaking the conventional ideas, strengthening modernized facility construction,establishing one's own website,even building the reference room and library together,sharing the document resources and so on.
