遥控弧焊机器人语音再现技术研究

摘要 为了使弧焊机器人操作者对遥控焊接临界状态或极限不正常情况及时监控,避免遥控焊接中断和焊接事故。依据遥控弧焊机器人工作原理和语音集成电路MSP50C32N的语音合成算法,采用语音再现技术,设计了基于有限词汇的语音提示卡。在遥控弧焊机器人上进行了调试运行,结果表明:语音提示卡能对遥控焊接过程进行有效监控,增强遥控弧焊机器人控制系统的稳定性,提高了焊接效率。 To avoid the remote welding process interrupted and welding accident,The operator can scout and control the critical or utmost state in time during the process of computer remote control welding.The paper designs pronunciation synthesizing prompting card with limited vocabulary by analyzing the principle of remote arc welding robot and the synthesizing arithmetic of pronunciation circuit MSP50C32N,and adopting pronunciation reappearance technology.After debugged in the remote arc welding robot,the speech prompting card can inspect and control effectively remote welding process,reinforce the stability of remote arc welding robot control system and increase welding efficiency.
