二甲基硅油预防髋臼成形术后关节粘连的临床应用

Clinical Application of Polydimethylsiloxane in the Prevention of the Postoperative Adhesion of the Hip Joint

针对先天性髋脱位髋臼成形术后发生关节不同程度的粘连，致使活动功能受限乃至僵直，进行了二甲基硅油防止髋臼成形术后关节粘连的实验研究。在其基础上，临床应用３９髋，随访２５髋，结果表明，硅油有显著防止关节粘连的作用。

Polydimethylsiloxane in the prevention of hip adhesion following acetabuloplasty had been studied clinically since 1986.The results were satisfactory.No one in 25 followed up cases needed surgical lysis of joint adhesion.
