不同年龄粗隆关节成形术疗效比较

Comparison of the Results of Trochanteric Arthroplasty in Different Age Groups of Children

采用粗隆关节成形术治疗股骨头缺如合并病理性髋脱位２９例，其疗效婴幼儿组明显优于儿童组。婴幼儿期股骨近端及髋臼均有较多软骨覆盖，头臼同心后个别股骨头骨骺出现，再造头颈可日趋接近正常形态，肢体短缩会逐渐代偿。

Twenty-nine cases of pathological dislocation of the hip with absence of the femoral head were treated by trochanteric arthroplasty.The result of the treatment in the younger children group was much better than that in the older children group.In younger children,a thicker layer of cartilage remained on the surface of the proximal end of the femur.In the condition that the reconstructed femoral head was reduced into acetabulum concentrically,the secondary epiphysis of the femoral head did appear in a few patients.The shape of femoral head and neck became normal as the time going on.Limb shortening was compensated gradually.
