硼资源及其加工利用技术进展

Advances in boron resources and their processing

简要介绍了我国硼资源的特点和加工利用现状,并对利用硼资源生产硼酸的现有生产工艺技术进行了评述,包括硫酸一步分解法、两步法及萃取、沉淀分离、盐析、重力沉降等。结合近年我国发现的钠硼解石固体硼矿藏以及含硼卤水资源的特点,对新型硼资源的加工利用进行了预测。针对四川平落坝气田的富硼卤水资源,提出选择适宜的萃取剂,采用萃取法提取卤水中硼酸的工艺方案,以实现对含硼卤水资源的综合利用。

The domestic boron resources and their processing are introduced briefly. The production techniques for boric acid production, such as sulfuric acid decomposition process, two-stage process, extraction process, precipitation, salting-out, gravitational settling process, etc., are reviewed. Some processing and utilization technology are predicted, according to the characteristics of newly discovered boracic resources. For the Pingluoba boracic brine in Sichuan basin, the utilization project, which should be based on the extraction process with proper extractants, is suggested for the production of boric acid and the boron rock utilization of boracic brine.
