摘要
短髋畸形系小儿股骨头坏死的后遗畸形,经手术治疗获得随访者8例.均行大粗隆下移术,3例同时行髋臼成形术,1例行肢体延长术。本文重点介绍了短髋畸形的病理、临床特点、手术原则和注意事项。
Coxa breve is a residual deformity of avascular necrosis of the femoral head in children.Eight children with coxa breva were undergone inferior transfer of the greater trochanter.At same time 3 of them were undergone acetabuloplasty and 1 of them undergone bony lengthening of the femur.All were followed up.This paper mainly described the pathology and clinical characteristics of the coxa breva as well as the surgical principle and its key points of success.
