恶性实体瘤患儿免疫功能变化

The Alteration of Immune Function in Children With Malignant Solid Tumor

检测恶性实体瘤30例、良性肿瘤10例的 T 细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白含量,结果发现,恶性肿瘤患儿 CD_3、CD_4与对照组和良性肿瘤组比较,百分率明显减少(P<0.01),CD_8无变化,CD_4/CD_8的比值显著下降,IgG 显著降低,提示:恶性肿瘤患儿的细胞和体液免疫均受抑制。

Using monoclonal antibodies,T-lymphocyte sub- sets,B-cells in peripheral blood and serum IgG,IgA, IgM,were assessed in 30 children with malignant solid tumor,10 children with benign tumor,and a group of normal children as controls.The results revealed that the percentage of CD3,and CD4,IgG,and CD4/CD8 ratio were obviously dicreased in children with malignant solid tumor but the percentage of CD8 was not altered.The results suggested that the functions of cellular and humoral immunity were both depressed in children with malignant tumor.
