人白细胞DR抗原和CD44V6表达与鼻咽癌浸润转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨人白细胞DR抗原(HLA-DR)和CD44V6表达与鼻咽癌浸润转移和预后的关系。方法:采用S-P免疫组织化学法检测58例鼻咽癌组织中HLA-DR和CD44V6的表达。结果:HLA-DR和CD44V6表达阳性率分别为59%(34/58)、72%(42/58)。HLA-DR和CD44V6阳性表达率在组织学类型中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在临床分期中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HLA-DR、CD44V6表达与生存率无关。结论:HLA-DR和CD44V6联合检测有助于对鼻咽癌浸润转移潜能的判断。
