摘要
目的合成美仑孕酮醋酸酯。方法以双烯醇酮醋酸酯为原料经过环合、热解、环氧化、开环氧环、破环氧环、水解、氧化、Mannich反应、消除、转位等9步反应合成美仑孕酮醋酸酯。结果与结论目标化合物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱及元素分析确证其化学结构。
Aim To establish a new approach for the synthesis of melengestrol acetate.Method Target compound was synthesized by using 3-acetoxy-5,16-pregnadien-20-one as starting material,via a nine steps process (including cyclization,thermolysis,epoxidation,epoxy-ring opening,hydrolysis,oxidation,Mannich reaction,elimination,isomerization).Results and conclusion The chemical structure of the target compound is confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR,MS and elemental analysis.A convenient synthetic route is found.
