儿童坠落伤110例分析

Analysis of 110 Children with Falling Injury

总结１９８７年元月以来收治的１１０例儿童坠落伤。结果表明：８９．１％的损伤是２～８ｍ高处坠落造成，５岁以上儿童从３ｍ以下高处坠落较多，而５岁以下者从３ｍ以上坠地较多。损伤严重度评分（ＩＳＳ）显示，落差越高，损伤越重。３ｍ以上坠落时，应警惕头、胸、腹内脏器损伤；落差小于３ｍ应警惕四肢骨折；脊柱及脊髓损伤少见。

Since 1987,110 cases of falling injury were reviewed and analysed.In 98(89.1%)of the 110 children fell down from a height of 2 -8 meters. The falling height in children older than 5 years was usually less than 3 meters while children youger than 5 years was more than 3 metwrs. The higher the falling height, the severer the results.In case of falling height more than 3 meters, the injuries of head, thorax and/or abdominal viscera were seen frequently while in case of that less than 3 meters the fractures of the extremities were seen more.Spinal fracture and spinal cord injury were infrequently seen in children.
