摘要
妊娠期糖尿病发病率越来越高,了解妊娠期糖尿病的筛查方法、诊断标准及其正确评价血清甘油三酯、铁代谢参数、血β羟基丁酸、血清铬、肿瘤坏死因子α及其他代谢指标以期早诊断、早期治疗妊娠期糖尿病,尽可能减少糖尿病的并发症,减少围产期及新生儿多种并发症。
With increasing prevalence of GDM, it is of important clinical significance to determine screening method, diagnosis criteria of GDM and exactly evaluate its metabolic indices such as serum levels of TG, β-hydroxybutyrate, Cr and TNF-α, so as to diagnose and treat GDM in early stage, and reduce incidence of many complications of neonates in perinatal and neonatal periods.[
