儿童注意缺陷多动障碍干预研究现状

Current status of study on intervention of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

儿童注意缺陷多动障碍病因目前仍不清楚,一般认为是由遗传和环境因素引起的一种心理行为性疾病,主要采取药物和行为训练为主的综合性干预措施。该文根据近年来国内外学者的研究动态,从儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的一般治疗、行为干预、药物治疗、感觉统合训练和脑电生物反馈训练等诸方面,对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的控制与干预措施进行综述,为评价儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的干预效果提供科学依据。

For present, the etiology of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)remains unclear in the world. Generally, it is regarded as a psychological and behavioral disorder resulted from combination of some genetic and environmental factors. The treatment for children with ADHD is mainly some comprehensive intervention measures including general treatment, behavioral intervention, pharmacotherapy, sensory integration training, and EEG biofeedback training. In this article, we reviewed the control and intervention of ADHD, so as to provide a scientific basis for evaluating intervention effect on the disease.[
