摘要 宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,在其发生前常会经历一个较长时期的癌前病变过程。宫颈癌前病变的筛查成为临床上降低宫颈癌发病率和死亡率的有效方法。癌前病变过程中生物分子水平的异常,如人乳头状瘤病毒、细胞增殖相关因子等,将为宫颈癌前病变的诊断提供一种有效生物标志物。 Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies. Before occurrence of this malignancy, it underlies a long time of intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN). Screening of CIN has become an effective way to reduce incidence and death rate of cervical cancer in clinic. In the course of development of CIN, the levels of some biologic molecules in cervical cells are abnormal, and HPV, cellular proliferation-associated factors are present in cervical cells, which offer an valid biomarker to diagnose CIN.[
