摘要 RNAi是存在于真核生物体内的一种阻断外源基因表达的自我防御体系。它是由双链RNA介导的使与其互补的具有同源序列的单链RNA进行特异性的降解。随着这几年RNAi研究的不断深入,RNAi的干涉机制逐渐被阐明。该文介绍了RNAi的干涉机制和在妇科肿瘤领域中的应用进展。RNAi技术必将成为妇科肿瘤领域基因功能研究、细胞信号传导以及基因治疗的一种强大的新型工具。 RNAi represents an evolutionarily conserved cellular defense mechanism to control the expression of foreign genes in most eukaryotes. RNAi is triggered by double-stranded RNA(dsRNA) and causes sequence-specific mRNA degradation of homologous single-stranded target RNAs in response to dsRNA. With further studies on RNAi in recent few years, more intervention mechanisms have been elucidated gradually. This paper reviewed advancement in study on intervention mechanism of RNAi technique and its application in gynecology. It provides a new powerful tool for studies on gene function, cell signal conduction and gene therapy in gynecological field.[
