摘要 目的探讨父母教养方式与医学生自尊之间的关系,为家庭教育及青少年心理健康提供理论指导。方法整群选取某医学院一~四年级学生369名进行父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)和自尊量表(SES)的测试。结果父、母亲教养方式在情感温暖与理解、惩罚严厉、拒绝否认和偏爱被试等因素得分差异有显著性;医学生自尊与父母教养方式各维度之间有非常显著或显著的正相关或负相关关系;多元逐步回归分析显示,父亲的惩罚严厉、过度保护对子女的自尊有负性影响,母亲的情感温暖对子女的自尊有正性影响。结论父母教养方式对子女的自尊形成和发展有非常重要的影响;改善父母教养方式有助于子女自尊水平的提高。 Objective To explore the correlations between medical students' parental rearing patterns and their self-esteem, and to provide theoretical guidance for family education and students' mental health. Methods EMBU and SES were conducted to survey a cluster sampling of 369 medical students in grade 1-4. Results There were significant differences of raring patterns in emotional warmth, stern punishment, rejection and favoring subject between father and mother. Some factors scores of EMBU were negatively or positively correlated with scores of SES. Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed fathers' stern punishment and over-protection negatively correlated with students' self-esteem, meanwhile, mother's emotional warmth positively correlated with students' self-esteem. Conclusion Parental rearing patterns can affect children's self-esteem, proper patterns of parental rearing can help to improve children' s self-esteem.
