摘要
在建立南昌市排水管网地理信息系统的基础上,引进以平面二维非恒定流的基本方程为骨架,结合一维明渠非恒定流方程算法的城市内涝仿真计算模型,结合精细化降水预报业务,建立了南昌市城市积涝预警预报服务系统,并进行了业务试运行。系统以2003年6月南昌市特大暴雨引起的城市积涝过程为例,对系统进行了试验,结果表明:对积水深度的定性预报基本准确,但对定量的积水深度预报有5~20cm误差,预报结果能满足相关部门的需求。
Based on the geography information system for drainage network, a simulation model for waterlogging in Nanchang City was developed. Combined with the fine rainfall forecast operation,an early warning and forecast system for rainstorm waterlogging was built and its operational test was carried out. For an example, the system was tested in the rainstorm waterlogging process in Nanchang City in June,2003. The results show that the qualitative forecast for the depth of waterlogging is accurate on the whole, but there is a tolerance of about 5~20 cm in the quantitative forecast for the depth of waterlogging. The forecast results can satisfy the requirements of correlated departments.
