针对目前机务段管理信息系统大部分由于数据组织不合理,造成“信息孤岛”丛生的现状,系统地介绍了机务段采用IRP技术实现油料管理系统的过程。该管理系统将机务段总段和所有分段的油料管理信息系统联成一个整体,为机务段以后建立各种应用管理系统打下了基础。

Most of railway locomotive depots system of management information has caused many 'information isolated island' phenomenon because of unreasonable data organization,according to the current situation,the course of implementation the system of oil management with IPR technology in railway locomotive depots is systematacially introduced.The management system combines the oil management information system of railway locomotive depots with all the sub-department into one whole.It will become platform of the railway locomotive setting up all kinds of applied management system later.
