摘要
市区内路堑开挖爆破上方有220kV超高压输电线和275kV电气化线,临近建筑物,对爆破振动和飞石控制严格,爆破设计和施工难度较大。介绍了该复杂环境下控制爆破设计和安全技术,内容包括爆破设计、爆破参数的选取、装药结构、起爆网路的设计和安全防护措施。并对爆破效果进行了分析,得到了一些有益的经验。
There are 220 kV kilovoltage superhigh voltage transmission lines,275 kV kilovoltage electrified lines and some nearby buildings above cutting excavation blasting. The blasting vibration and flying rock control are strictly required, so blasting design and implementation is very difficult. In this paper, cutting excavation controlled blasting design and safety techniques are introduced including the blasting design, selection of blasting parameters, charge structure, design of priming network, and safety precautions.Through the analysis of the blasting result, valuable enlightenment and practical experience are gained.
