摘要
双排连体立筒仓高宽小、结构稳定,爆破拆除难度大,已有多起失败案例。采用了转点前移、加大倾角等措施,成功地爆破拆除了上世纪80年代亚洲最大的立筒仓储粮塔及其58m高的钢筋砼工作间。介绍了该次爆破拆除的方案选择,爆破开口参数和安全防护措施等,并对本工程的成功和不足之处做了小结。
The duplex cylinder structures have widely applied in many fields due to their integral structural stability.However,the demolition of stuctures with low heigth-width ratio and large span is difficul,and several fail balsting for this structures have been found.The measures of forward leading the turning point and enlarging the collapse angle were adopted to sucessfully blast a duplex cylinder tower, which was the largest one in Asia in 1980s.The implementation of the programme is described in detail, and the experience and shortcomings are summarized.
