某化工厂为了维修催化设备,要对其衬里爆破切除。爆体为薄板夹层结构,强度高,韧性好,在施工空间小,工作环境恶劣,要求高和工期短的条件下,采用电钻钻20mm的小孔径、大单耗、小孔网参数及密集切断孔等特殊的施工手段和爆破技术,达到了预期效果。
The linings of a catalyst device in a factory must be demolished by blasting, the part to be blasted was a plate sandwich construction, which had a high strength, and high toughness. Under the conditions of narrow space, adverse circumstances, high requirments and limit time, the special implementation manner and blasting technology such as adopting a small hole size of 20 mm, large consumption, low hole network parameters were used to achieve the effectiveness.
