Etiological analysis of 246 cases of oculomotor palsy.

报告动眼神经麻痹２４６例，其原因以颅底动脉瘤和颅内炎症最为多见，其次为颅内肿瘤及外伤。颅底动脉瘤所致动眼神经麻痹常合并瞳孔散大，并讨论了与动眼神经麻痹有关的综合征。

AbstractBased on etiological analysis of 246 cases ofoculomotor palsy,the causes of the disease were firstlyaneurysm of the skull base and intracranial inflamma-tion,followed by intracranial tumor and skull injury.Aneurysm of the skull base with oculomotor palsy of-ten manifested pupil dilation.Syndromes associatedwith oculomotor palsy were discussed.
