角膜放射状切开术疗效观察

Long-term results of radial keratotomy (RK)

应用自制的角膜放射状切开术（ｒａｄｉａｌｋｅｒａｔｏｔｏｍｙ，ＲＫ）电脑计算机软件，作为手术的预测标准，对术后已随访１年以上的７７例（１５２只眼）、术前近视屈光度≤６．０ＤＳ的患者，进行了疗效统计，其中６８％患者视力≥１．０。强调切口深度≥８５％角膜厚度，才可获得远期疗效，因此精确测量用膜厚度至关重要。尽管ＲＫ疗效安全可靠，但仍存在其局限性。结合本国国情，提出了ＲＫ的适应症和禁忌症。

AbstractAmong myopic patients performed RK with oper-ative parameters stipulated by the authors'own com-puter software,77 cases(152 eyes) were followed upover 1 vear to find that 68 % of the eves withpreoperative myopia of≤-6.00DS attained visualacuity of 1.0 or better,and incision depths over 80% ofthe corneal thickness were conducive to long-termgood effects:hence accurate determination of thecorneal thickness was very important.In view of thelimitations of RK,the authors suggested indicationsand contraindications for the procedure.
